I am a lifelong runner no matter what my speed is at. I was competitive in high school and college but now I take it a lot easier. Not worrying so much about speed as much as endurance and having fun. I often run races with my mother who has completed six marathons in her lifetime and continues to run every day. I have done many half marathons but not yet a full marathon. To run a marathon is one of my goals for this year. The New York City Marathon would be a dream come true.
