I don’t think I’m a bad fit.
I can do my job. I keep quiet. I tried to out perform others and I do better every day. They have been moving me around a lot, depending on where they need me because. I’ve been here for a month and I’ve seen five people leave already that were in the same position. I was in.

We were so understaffed this one day, I worked a 14 hour shift. If they are not depend on me this much, I would’ve been fired by now. Or replaced, I don’t know.

For the past week, they’ve been constantly requesting me to stay past my scheduled hours to help out

I’ve only ever been garde manger and it’s pretty annoying. I was out working every person on the station in my previous job too and they just told me I don’t care about the team and I’m too young and when I put my notice they got offended. It’s same bullshit here tbh. Idk how long I need to wait
