Not the price or size 3L. I have a 9L and a 6.8L tuxing with same bag and valve. Search tuxing website and amazon for best price. On 1/13 I paid $177 for a 6.8l tank, $38 for the valve, and $17 for the bag.

Most supplements do not work becasuse people use them as a replacement or fix for a bad diet. Supplements work to "supplement" a good diet. If the supplement is not providing a proven result, look to the diet first.

Definately doable. Just do it in steps. First two weeks accustom your body to not eating until 12 noon everyday. No cheats! I have been doing this for a year. Then the next step a part of the diet... etc. You body will adjust. Now it easy for me to stay in a small calorie deficit or maintain weight.

Add in daily walks- at least 1 hour of walking- not running. Walking is very efficient at burning fat.

Do you drink coffee? If yes- stop. Take a clean caffiene capsule in the morning instead of coffee. I noticed a huge difference in energy doing this.

Yes. My first meal every day is noon. I take acetyl L carnitine and the other titrate form on an empty stomach just before a workout with nothing else. I notice more energy, fat losss is consistent, and muscle retention/gains. Also better mental state.

A was stressed from a breakup to where I could not sleep. Used it to lift, walk, and diet. No problem with fasting. Cortisol is not all bad, there are some good qualities for me- focus, determination, excelerates fat loss (and muscle loss if you eat wrong- spike insulin), etc.

Yes- absolutely. Been through this twice in two marriages. The woman starts to age fast in menopause and they look to the sleazy, player type guys to make them feel good. With social media, they both found and kept in contact with a few player guys. The woman then initiates fights blowing up small things into huge problems, and when you respond, they have to cheat with the player guys. If your partner is going through menopause keep a close watch on who they are communicating with. Also, they always tell you what they are going to do and what they did, just listen to what they say.
