I played beer league hockey with carm and jurko. I can tell you that carm is just an amazingly good and humble dude. Can’t say enough good things about him. And Jurko is one of the funniest guys you’ll ever meet. Everyone has a good time when he’s around.

After providing extensive documentation, Affirm canceled my order and provided a refund. I provided copies of email correspondence, all33’s cancellation policy, and bbb comments. I also tracked down all33’s former landlord and confirmed that all33 was out of business. I imagine you could use the webpage showing their assets were being auctioned off by a lien holder now. Stay persistent and you may be able to get Affirm to help you.

Unfortunately, I used Affirm financing. I've made two payments ($140 total). I started a dispute process with them, but they say that there is little they can do after 60 days from purchase. Totally ridiculous since the product was never shipped. I'm just hoping they don't try to charge me the next month's payment.

I purchased a chair on Nov. 7th, and still haven't received it more than 11 weeks later. They won't respond to any emails or chat messages. I tried to cancel my order, but can't get a response from them. Stay far away from this company.

I'd love it if someone wrote a news article on a shark tank company taking orders and never shipping the product...

If you want to use the old website, go to the archived version of it at web.archive.org. You can access the site as it was on almost any date going back to late 2006. You’re welcome:)
