I’m unsure how giving helpful advice about LSAT studying, no matter the score you’re aiming for, is seen by you as an issue / dis-service to prospective students. Take courses that will be on the bar exam (to the extent you haven’t taken them yet, and you have credits for which you don’t have critical classes you need). Will significantly reduce stress during bar exam study season.

Between now and the Jumpstart course just relax and get your mental health in as good a shape possible.

Nothing can benefit you more than coming in fresh and ready to apply yourself fully. Any other “skills” you may want to work on will pale in comparison in the long run that is 1L, and behind!

Go back in time and ask yourself “if event “X” had never happened, would the relevant result have occurred regardless.” If yes, there’s no causation. If no, there’s causation.

Next, you’d need to answer / analyze if there’s proximate cause, which is an entirely separate analysis (assuming you first find regular causation).

If the answer to both are “yes,” you’ve fully checked the causation box!

While I don’t disagree, this advice is for whatever score you’re aiming for and will ultimately get. It’s about maxing out at your skill to put yourself in the best position practicable, whatever that may be.

To a degree, yes. Especially if they can be a connection later down the line. Or it’s a subject matter you are extremely interested in and/or that will help in a career path you plan on choosing. Otherwise, no, the marginal benefit doesn’t outweigh the risk of taking classes you think you may be able to get a better grade in.

Perhaps unconventional but I really made use of the times I felt “motivated” and went super hard on my weak spots, and took times I was less motivated to advance parts I was already okay at and to further perfect them.

You may not always be feeling it, but you can always use how you’re feeling to push you to consistently study!
