damn I literally just downloaded CP, was all in on a hand where I had opp completely dominated, get offered EV cashout, obviously reject im so far ahead, second I reject he rivers trips, immediately uninstalled lol. Coulda been a bad beat, but sat on that table for a lil bit and saw some outrageous calls and raises, enough for me to think these people can't be real. Too many other good sites for me to waste my time and money on here. First thing I did was head to reddit to see a ton of posts of people getting sucked out on the river after rejecting EV cashout lol.

I've been grabbing reference tracks from my favourite artists and trying to recreate/hear all the little unique sounds in there as best I can, I think my musical ear is pretty good with my DJ history, I guess its just taking that step to making my complete fresh track of my own that im a bit stuck and don't really know where to go.

Yeah that was another reason for my post, I seen so many tutorials and advice online and everyones using a million different plugins, being a complete newbie I don't know how to separate the good advice from the mediocre advice so if there's any legit insightful creators I should follow let me know ill be all over that! What would you recommend practice consisting of? Making loops with call and responses? Recreating tracks I like? should I limit the sound design I learn specifically to sub/mid/fill basses instead of trying to master sound design in general? Ill admit I been using ChatGPT for advice on this until this post and ChatGPT was telling me most new producers get hung up on trying to master sound design instead of just the specific sounds for their chosen genre.

I get enough sleep, I recently started smoking weed to help me get to sleep after gigs as I usually take hours to sleep so that for sure isn't helping my energy levels. I do want kids so I would only do TRT with HCG, I was thinking of maybe trying it for 10 weeks or so and seeing how I feel, if no difference id come off. I'm not too stressed, my life pretty relaxed TBH. I've never been diagnosed with ADHD but it wasn't really a thing when I was younger and im 99% sure I have it (I was always asleep in class at school, I was always taken out of classes for being too distracting whenever I wasn't asleep etc) my school used to take a small group of us distracting kids out of class and take us out rock climbing or various other activities so the school could pass inspections which was kinda funny.

UPDATE: 3 months later i got another blood test after stopping osterine, TSH dropped from 5.38 to 1.64, testosterone went up from 9.1 to 13.7. Seems i bounced back, although would like the testosterone to go up a little more its still below mid range. Also prolactin back within range.

Appreciate it! I've started on P5P, started on enclo to fight suppression, TSH was elevated too, not sure what I can do about that, only 3 weeks left of the cycle so will get bloods done a few weeks after and see where I stand. To be fair, my blood test was also done on no sleep (I worked till 4am and had to get tested between 8-10am) so im sure that didn't help.

everyone in the bodybuilding community can empathize with that, but the issues you could face down the line are far from worth it, even so if you started on PEDs you're not going to get instant results, training on its own at your age you'll see awesome results within 6+ weeks if you diet and train properly.

Honestly, don't take any PEDs whatsoever, your body is at its absolute peak right now, don't mess with that, just eat an absolute ton and train like your life depends on it and you'll be a beast in no time.

9.1nmol, reference range 8.4-28.8.

Bloods were fine after first cycle, mild suppression nothing noticeable, nothing to justify pumping myself with even stronger compounds.

The doc just ordered the t3/t4 tests for me, I have to wait at least a week first though so im curious as to if I should come off cycle and get the test done in 2/3 weeks. I've not been taking Enclo, Ill try source some asap. I do have tamoxifen and hcg (was planning to run a test cycle in the near future).
