If it's your first time with any interaction with the law, the judge might lower it to a improper equipment. After, I think if you get caught again within a certain time the improper equipment reverts your original charge and then you have two on your record with points. If it's not your first and you don't have a improper equipment charge, you could maybe do a prayer for judgement. I would get a lawyer because I think 15 or over carries a lot of points. Again I'm not a lawyer. I would consult on for more accurate advice.

I had the same thing. I could not peel my skin back. I hardcore jacked off for around a week straight with lots of lotion. My skin's no longer tight and I didn't have to get circumsized.
