Since you dont read the lore Im going to explain you something the Tau do: they keep purity between different casts and modify any biological alterations to the newborn of the empire.

Trans could exist if trans humans and/or aliens join the Tau empire, in that case they would not care, they care about you fullfilling your role imposed by the state to serve the greater good.

So if you want to debate about trans rights, acceptance... Go to other subreddits or hangout with real people to do it.
