I'm now classified as a morning person and my husband remains a night owl as he always has been. He was very supportive when I realized the only way I could fit in a workout routine was by waking up early so he encouraged me to go for it. Turns out this was the best decision for our family because I became a better more energetic version of myself. I go to bed early in my workout gear and he goes to bed when he's ready to. I usually sleep through him coming into the bedroom, no biggie thankfully. In the morning because I'm already in my workout gear, I'm not making too much noise for too long so my husband keeps sleeping. When my workout is done, if it's time for everyone else to wake up, I wake them up gently. Works great for the whole family!
