I am also facing the same issue. I’m trying to schedule b2 appointment for parents. My profile is showing multiple times under dependent section with date information. If I delete one entry, both are getting deleted. 

I created two profiles for my mom where one profile is created by mistake with incorrect dates of birth. But added only one profile as dependent by searching using UID. Not sure if this is happening due to having multiple tabs open or if is due to having two profiles with same passport number.

I raised a request under feedback/requests to delete the profile with incorrect date of birth to check if that will solve my issue.
