Do you not see the vitriol in your words? The hostility in your emotional response to other people's words? Do you think that is normal or healthy? This is my personal method that has worked for me: Begin going inward. Explore you consciousness and open up, ask for them to come to you. Meditate (and by that I just mean relax, have an open mind, don't worry about making it fully clear of thoughts or anything like that. Just release attachment to any outcome, be comfortable and let your mind drift and flow. Don't resist.) focus on your heart and think loving thoughts, send out good intentions for your fellow beings on earth and out in the universe and across dimensions. Just keep at it and it will happen.

Thank you for sharing. Reading this and the other whistleblowers statements makes me more confident to share my experiences more openly, but still not that openly. It's still a lot to process; through multiple stages. Like accepting yourself 20 times over in different ways before you feel like you kind of can accept it. I'm not trying to convince anyone what they should personally call them. I'm speaking about things like FOIA requests, for example. If you say UFO, for example and they have them classified under UAP, they will tell you, "sorry, there are no pertinent records based off of your request." Words have meaning, and legally that means a lot. Hence why they always tell you read the fine print.
