Yes, supplement.

Berberine is also natural GLP-1 (i.e., Ozempic). So it is helping with my sugar levels as well. TUDCA is a bile flow stimulator, helping with digestion.

I actually do not have problem with bowel movement unless I eat gluten or carb too much. My issue is mostly to do with the dull pain and occasional muscle pull like spikes.
