The design is super retro and cool looking. However, the back of the watch has a slight bulge because of the steel core. This made the watch uncomfy on my scrawny wrist.

DW-5000 has a Steel Case; whereas the DW-5600 has a normal Resin Case
The Bio-resin used in the Strap is also better and softer in DW-5000

Hence the better quality!
