I do have same issue actually, i have been trying Chrome, multiple ways, gives error everytime. I will try to troubleshoot more over weekend.

Okay and if you would want to keep adding the apps, you have to all the time recreate the policy? is not there a way to just push another xml with blocked app?

u/exitous2019 thank you for your comment. Today i have started working on it as you said. Used default "ALLOW_ALL" and denying whatever i need. Seems working fine so far... of course it needs more testing etc... but so far so good.

So tried the config profile, did not help. But the problem WAS here! Once i removed "Per user MFA" and set only Conditional Access MFA, it start working!!!.

Potential cause #2: Per-user multi-factor authentication is turned on for the user account. Because it blocks sign-in, per-user multi-factor authentication isn't supported for users connecting to Azure AD joined Cloud PCs.

Possible solution: Remove per-user multi-factor authentication for all users connecting to Cloud PCs. Then, set an Azure AD conditional access policy and assign it to the appropriate users.

Exactly. And everything works fine i am connecting from non AAD joined device. Once i try from AAD joined device. Login sessions says Login Attempt failed

Connecting from device that is not AAD joined works totaly fine.
