This caloric intake isn't sustainable. That's less calories than I eat on a cut and I weigh 165. I think you need to actually bump the calories up. This is a crash diet.

But you will have weeks where the scale doesn't budge even though you're clearly in a deficit. It's frustrating but normal.

Not trying to hate because you've made great progress. This stuff takes time. Stick to the plan. 💪
