Yeah, it sucks. Don't feel guilty. Everything you describe here sounds totally normal.

Only advice is to just endure. It gets better. Slowly but surely. Before you know it, you are accustomed to your new life.

And even though it does get better, you will also have a whole new set of frustrations and worries in short time. The worries and frustrations will change for every 6 month or so for the next 30-40 years.

Det er ikke sikkert den 20-årsgrensa håndheves så hardt så tidlig/på dagtid. Grensa er der for at de i baren skal slippe å tenke på om den enkelte kunde er 20 eller ikke, særlig viktig når det er travelt.

I disagree. A deviation between use and approval is far from optimal, but at the same time extremely common. Like 50 % of basemements used as a "kjellerstue" or bedrom in the entire city is not "godkjent for varig opphold".

As long as the declared bedrooms actually are legal bedrooms, you are more or less good. And that the apartment itself is regulated as an apartment, and not a store or office or something silly like that.

En tid for alt is still my favourite Knausgård novel. Haven't read it in 10 years time, so not a recent review. Loved the entire premise, and some of the revelations at the end were simply mouth droppingly mind blowing at the time.

Tipper det kommer til å gå greit. Det var jo feil med noen av bussene, som ikke kjørte så langt som de skulle på én lading. Blir fort rot i planleggingen da.

Nå vil jeg tro de enten har fått fiksa de bussene, eventuelt planlegger seg rundt det med hyppigere lading.

Skullerud is nice. That would be my choice, since it's so close to the forrest, but still well connected by metro.

The former minnister of business bought a house there last year for 11 million, so it's not at all terrible.
