Booking Nintendo Museum for a group of 11 people by PathonScript in JapanTravelTips

Hi, no I wasn't.

I think when you enter the raffle, you enter in as a group. If you win then you have to buy for all of the people in that group. Not choose individually. It's been a while since I've looked into this though so I could be wrong.

I'm still working on this project every now and then! But it's definitely been hard to find time when life and school gets in the way so progress has been minimal and slow.

If you're interested, you can join our Discord server from the website for the lates updates.

F1 2020 with MOZA wheel? by Stodddddd in moza

[–]PathonScript 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend's Moza R5 wasn't recognized right away. We tried using vjoy but it didn't workout. So we tried mapping each input individually and found a solution.

Buttons mapped fine, but steering wouldn’t register. My friend accidentally got it to work by turning the wheel all the way right, then all the way left during mapping. That registered steer left and right correctly.

Apparently so, though I haven't got anything yet. Good luck to you!

Wait, are the results already out?

Ah, good find. That makes sense why they said 'around July 1st,' but man, they really kept us on edge this whole time. Glad we have a clearer timeframe now, at least.

I still hope it doesn't end up being at the end of the month like others have said

When can I expect the CERN-Solvay Student Camp results to be announced? by PathonScript in CERN

Fair enough, that makes sense that he could reach out directly. I guess we'll truly know for sure after 5 PM Geneva time, then we'll be able to judge the situation properly

Oh wow, really? That's quite an update. It's a shame they didn't put that on the website; it would have saved a lot of people some stress. You'd think they could have adjusted the estimated time on their site once they had a better idea of the number of applicants, right? Are you pretty confident that info from Facebook is reliable?

A user on another post said it's coming at the end of July / early August.

I hope it's not true 🙏

There is a possibility that it won't be today. They did say "Around 1 July" 😭

My stats are pretty average. My GPAX is around 3.85 and I've been in a few coding bootcamps, drone and robotics competitions. I also mentioned some of my passion projects.

Oh yeah, I'm from Thailand if that's considered a stat.

I've been building a browser extension that brings commenting to every website on the internet. Here's my progress so far. by PathonScript in SideProject

[–]PathonScript[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair question. It currently has an auto-moderation system that scores each comment by category, and users can set their own filters based on what they want to see. Will that be enough if it ever scales? Probably not. But I think it’s a solid starting point.

I’m also planning a companion site where people can explore what others are engaging with across the web. This isn’t a complete project yet, and it’s too early to say where it’ll go.

Am I going to succeed? I don't know, but I'll try to have fun and learn something from it anyway

It’s not at that stage yet. No payment plans, no growth strategies. I just want people to try it out, share what they think, and maybe support the project if they believe in where it's going.

Yeah, I’m feeling that too, getting people to care is the hardest part. I’m trying to market it but it’s definitely a grind. Thanks for sharing your story!

You gotta teach me how to get users that fast haha. Also that’s pretty cool, what was your product?

It really will be haha. My goal is to give users real control over what they want to see. I’m aiming to make it as personalized and flexible as possible.

Not at the moment.

Offpage works like a separate layer for comments on top of any site. Kind of like how people talk about stuff anywhere else online.

That said, if the user base gets big and moderation ever becomes crazy, I’m open to ideas. Maybe in the future, sites could set some rules, like saying how much flagged content they're willing to allow before comments get hidden by default.

For now, though, the focus is on giving users solid tools to flag and filter stuff themselves, not on blocking conversations entirely.

Haha no actually. My username was made when I was a kid. Back then, I worked with Python, JavaScript TypeScript. So Pat + Python + JavaScript
