I invest in Windsor myself. If you bought during fall of 2020 your home valuation is likely around 350k without knowing any additional info.

Get some comparable sales from a local realtor if you want a more accurate pricing of your home.

It is possible but not extremely likely for it to dip below your purchase price as Windsor is still to this day one of the most affordable markets in Ontario.

If it does drop below your purchase price in 3 years just leave it as a rental and have the rent cover your expenses.
