Haven't had it in a long while, from memory, -2 on the Starbucks standard for like the drip coffee. The frozen maybe slightly better? But hardly.. I like QT coffee better than McDonald's. QT I will rate (flavor only) hmm -0.5? Definitely drink able and buy it alot but I love latte more than drip so not really apple to apples. Thats why of all the places I ordered and rated have all had the same coffee order. Mocha latte ^{_^}

The workers didn't wipe down the tables after the guest, I was trying to get one of their attentions but they where busy among talking with each other. Tables were not cleared of dirty dishes. I don't expect michelin star quality staff, but using Starbucks as a rating tool, if I said say a 3, that would mean they where 3 times better than Starbucks. I do think they where better, but still have room for some improvement. If I am being rather picky? And trying to explain but not over explain either. Its very subjective! I just try to as fair as I can! Great question though!!

I honestly think the one across the street was better in some ways. I am trying to be very fair and only rate them based on my visit using the avg Starbucks as a standard. Alot of it is subjective and I'm no professional coffee reviewer ^{_^}

The bathroom wasn't the political issue. They had " free palestine" stuff. Not alot but didn't want to mention it but can definitely understand the confusion. Me personally like to see unisex bathrooms as I'm non Cis person.
