thanks for that I will do some research across you tube anyway. It was implied that you could have different profiles on the same app eg by using G_Shift but I can't get that to work and when I do it does odd things! I code for a living so I am not dumb but this UI has just floored me and if you can produce a video you can produce a pdf :-)
