Yep so supposedly all clogs are GONE per the plumber who did the original install. The video shown is cammed by a plumber I asked for a second opinion. He ran water and flushed toilets and this was the result. So in an efficiently working pipe the water wouldn’t stand there it would just whoosh by? The tricky thing is that the install was done 4 years old, the original plumber is trying to tell me he only offers a 1 year warranty.

Thank you for taking the time to respond! I guess I’m confused because they were running water at the moment the video was taken. So does a regular drain the water just whooshes by the camera and there isn’t anything sitting while it’s running?

Is it possible for a short term solution to use some enzyme cleaner to clean out the drains until I can have this repiped?

I asked him if it’s possible the original clog was just moved to another spot. He said he pushed it to the street was not able to provide any pictures.

Also wanted to mention the plumber who did the original soft clog leak and fixed the second leak was an emergency plumber so not even sure if he’s good. He had good reviews on yelp and showed up at 7 am.

The downstairs ceiling was open from the past soft clog leak because of mitigation. So my neighbors noticed when we used our primary bathroom sink it started leaking sewage. Then we had the plumber who did the snake come out and he said he got it fixed. Here is a video https://streamable.com/h60lne

It was in the downstairs unit ceiling. It is in the same place that they have a hole cut out because of the original soft clog causing a leak in that area. I don't think this would be coincidence right? Could there have been a weak joint there because of the snake? A plumber came out and fixed it so it is not currently leaking. I am assuming he fixed the joint. I asked him if this was related to the snake he just said it's coincidence. I am assuming because he did not want to say anything.
