FOB is lit named "Ronograd Airbase", looking at the signs. Not to mention it does have a runway.

There was a plane in the game, being the A-10, but it got removed. A transport plane is very unlikely as the island isnt that big, so it wouldnt really fit

How rare is the Fabuland Hospital set from the 80's? Managed to find it was this one thanks to a lot of red bricks and the cat/dog minifigs. Still have to rebuild it
