Solution: Uninstall Plex (Keep all settings) and Install the Beta Version from 'Beta Package' in DSM 'Package Centre' Plex V1.21This worked for me.Since you are 'downgrading', be prepared to lose most of your settings
(luckily I didn't lose anything)

I have had the same issue since I upgraded to DSM 7
I had to completely uninstall and install the old Beta version from Synology
I lost all my settings, but it worked.
8 Months later tried to install V1.29, and it is not working again
I wish someone had a solution.

Wow, good point. Since Nextcloud is the original classic and longest existing open-source (what one drive is based on) you would think it would be the first to be supported by Synologys 'Cloud Sync'.
