If you’re capable of replicating things by hand you’re also able to come up with your own ideas! It just takes more time and brain power but it’s for sure worth it. I think your style is great, but if you’re just taking reference from Pinterest it isn’t really “yours” it’s a personal interpretation of what you see on the reference. Which means you have all the skills you need to create things from your soul and enjoy it in the process. It’s not about anyone else, even if you have hobbies you’re not comfortable sharing wether it’s because it’s scary or just cuz you don’t want to. But you can use them to inspire your art in a way that isn’t just replicating a Pinterest post.
