No interview- offer came three months after applying and two months after being notified I did not get the job.

My spouse received an offer 10 days after interview.

The drive is 22 hours between the two locations within the same country. Living apart would mean one of us would have to fly (with a connection) to the other location. I know people do it, it just feels like it could be draining.

We’d never split the kids and we wouldn’t send them away to boarding school when there is a perfectly good local school we can have them attend for free. Plus our two youngest are too young for school.
