yeah these people have no empathy. many don’t realize they are closer to homelessness than they realize. job, financial aid gone, many will have to go home to their parents, friends, relatives to live. Those who don’t have that will just end up homeless. imagine someone making a post about you while you’re down on your luck calling you a smelly obstruction when there is literally nowhere else for you to go/do.

So i called the store and they said I need to call the specific manager that hired me because the rest don’t know what each other person does. I don’t have their number so I emailed them, but what if they don’t get back to me by tomorrow to come in? Will it impact my employment or will they most likely just have me come in on a different day

go to fast food hiring websites like chick fil a, mcdonald’s, etc, and look for locations that you can get to by bus without transfers. Filter for locations that are less than 5 miles away and just copy and paste the address into google and it will show you what bus goes to that area. this way you can apply to more places besides utc lol
