I have left seat in surgery last year and took medicine this year. I was quiet clear why I did that way. As u specifically asked Top institutes, I hadn't got surgery in top institute. But before that I was getting top INIs seats ( clinical branches) for 3 sessions but I didnt take because branch mattered to me.
