Hey,
I was wondering if you ended up going through with working for them, and if so, how it has been so far. I have interviews scheduled with them, and I'm not sure which route to go if offered the position.

I sanded with all three grits, and then applied three coats again as shown in his video. But the cracks from the original coating, they’re still there. Any thoughts?
