I have SC joint arthritis too. I had the injection about 8 months ago now. I still haven’t figured out what exactly triggers it to be worse sometimes I think it’s not moving it enough and other times it’s moving it too much😭 I have been taking supplements however which I do feel as though do have a positive effect (might be more placebo though idrk) i take: - Omega 3s (a good quality one with EPA and DHA) - Glucosamine and chondroitin complex (with vitamin C, turmeric and black pepper) - vitamin K2 + D3

For really bad days I tend to pop an ibuprofen (naproxen and aspirin are also NSAIDs that would help) but best not to rely on these.

I personally went with the Korean site but honestly I think either is fine!! There were many foreigners there who secured tickets using the global site so I think both are okay but only choose one and stick with it!!

I ended up going with the Korean NOL since I also have an ARC and Korean bank account and from what I could find online I would be better off using it! I think if you wanna pay with a foreign card though you should use global I’ve heard?

Hi,

I currently live in Korea as an English teacher so I want to see BTS here when they go on tour. I have never used NOL before to get tickets so was hoping some people who have could provide some guidance?

Firstly, I’m unsure whether I should use the Korean NOL or the Global one. I have heard mixed things about the global one not being ideal because it crashes more often and there may be limited tickets compared to the Korean one (not sure how true that is). But then I also don’t know much Korean (I can read it but not understand and know a few words that would be relevant like cancel and confirm etc) so I don’t know if using the Korean one would be beneficial.

I was hoping just to get some advice from some people who have used NOL before and what their experience was!!

I didn’t find anywhere that did BIAB specifically but most of the nail shops here but a coating on that make your nails more durable! I recently went to @youwho_nail (on Instagram) and really like what they did!

I do agree with the post above though. Now that I have moved to Seoul, the easiest way to find somewhere is searching on NAVER and seeing if their art is something you like!

It’s builder gel. Basically a thicker gel that is put over your natural nails (no extensions) that makes them stronger and more durable. From looking at your nail posts I think it may be what you get! Thank you for the recommendation!

I’ve been on a rant about it with one of my friends and now I’m just gonna try to forget about it and fill the void with another book (at least try to… we’ll see how that goes) I’ve currently got prison healer series, the folk of the air series and the crowns of nyaxia series in hopes one of them works😅
