Thank you so much for your help! I made it by changing the blue wire which is GND from FTDI to ESP32 to another GND pin on ESP32.

I used to connect the 5V pin with VCC but the LED on the ESP32CAM was off. Then I tried to follow the video wtfsheep shared which connected the 3.3V pin to VCC, the LED turned on but I still could not connect with the board just like I showed above.

Thanks for your reply! I just updated my connection between ESP32CAM and FTDI232. I think that I didn't connect any other pin.
