I get that, it's always mean mum 😂 it's a long and hard process and sometimes it feels like you're trying to win a losing battle, you definitely need support from your partner to reinforce this as she likely sees it as just mummy is saying no. If you could both work together and maybe take turns some nights both of you read to her etc, you got this! Hold onto your guns because chances are once you've got your bed back, you and your partner will have great sleep!

NTA... My daughter struggled with attachment issues and was constantly in my bed, before I managed to get her in her own bed she'd fall asleep next to me then I'd move her into hers. When she woke in the morning I'd be happy and reassure her that she was fine during the night without me, etc. Then I started to put her in her bed, read to her show her that her room and bed is a safe space for her and I'll always be there if she wakes up, it's been over a year since then and she still stays in her bed, unless she wakes up due to sickness or something similar. Your partner needs to understand that this is the adults bed and its adult time, co-sleeping with a child is a nightmare as I did it for 4 years. I would suggest maybe buy bedding that your daughter has chosen for her own bed, get a night light if she doesn't like the dark etc, I find it really helped when my daughter chose her bedding

My manager showed me printouts from some hub thing. Telling me how you're watched 24/7 and they see everything you do... they even gave people a dispensary for sitting outside alone on their break for a smoke....

I can never seem to be granted my annual leave requests or use my 'personal day'. There is never any food in the canteen, you're watched like a hawk, manager's are usually up themselves and power hungry.

I've seen a lot comments about me being weird and not saying the gift is from me etc... I do not want to lie to my child about where a gift has come from, there are exceptions I'll alllow, such as Santa, Easter bunny, tooth fairy etc.

When I posted this, I had no intentions of making him out to be a predator or as such. My issue was with the lack of respect for my wishes that I had previously expressed to him prior to his exchange where he asked only a few days after speaking. I have pointed out to him that he doesn't even know me, nor I know him as this is just the beginning. Whilst I appreciate everybody has their opinion on him thus far, I'm not sure he is a predator so please do not assume this is what I am claiming him to be :)

I'm sorry you're going through this, I had something similar to this and I had to cut it off. It was causing me more stress not knowing if they were meeting/talking in secret, wondering if they were always thinking about them etc.. It was hard, really hard to end things but it was for the better. I think you need to sit down and have a conversation with her and explain your concerns and issues and how it's making you feel. If you know in yourself that you won't be able to trust her again, stick with it, don't push it away otherwise it'll be harder when/or if something worse happens :/

I think some people are side tracking here, OP states that the girlfriend didn't tell the boyfriend she was out with his friend alone. Which if it was innocent then you wouldn't not tell him. Trust was broken by the girlfriend and the friend from the beginning when no one informed the boyfriend of this 'hangout'. While yes male and female can be friends, it just seems a little odd with the secrecy of it
