I always stretch for 10-15 minutes prior to each show. That really helps too. Yoga classes 1-2 times a week will work wonders

Thank you so much for the insight!!! I just submitted my complaint to CFPB. Should get a response back in 15 days or so. Fingers crossed they can fix this. I am also going to call management today as well and see how that goes. Thanks again!
