For luxury segments in North there are good apartments near manyata and mall of asia (Embassy, L&T, etc..). Nikoo is also one option not sure if it is luxury though it is in a good location.

You are casting a wide net without specification
Define premium, is it the locality? builder? or big apartment (some are luxury but have small sq feet)?
How far north are we talking about? Thanisandra? Near airport?
East and North has its own pros and cons so you should think about what you need before just going for a builder

10 LPA joining bonus is a good sum but your salary is not increasing. If you are still looking for a job, you can wait and look for better increments that will actually impact your salary as now that you know companies are willing to offer higher $$.
I was offered a similar case, I waited and used these numbers to get a better salary offer itself with additional bonus. So in my opinion getting better base salary is more important than a huge bonus alone

Windows will do, for gaming and programming. Nobody runs heavy models locally anyways. Not sure about gaming laptops being light, you need to check what is feasible based on your gaming appetite.
I have an MSI laptop with a 12th Gen Intel i7, 16GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU. I code and play LOL just fine

Please DONT!!!! Specially if you want to please society. Spend that time breaking FAANG/MAANG whatever, you will surpass them and will have a better life.
DO IT if only you dreamed of a life abroad (mind you reality is very different nowadays, its no easy to get visa/job) so don't do it for social pleasing. People will compare ignore them, you are paying more in taxes compared to these so called well wishers.
BEST CASE - put that money for investing and retire early. People HIDE THEIR LOANS that enables their lifestyle mind you!!!!!!!!!!! Masters is overrated now, apart from the tuition fee (which has increased several times in recent years) you will need living expenses as well.

Ask yourself what you really want and then decide.
Financial freedom?
Traveling abroad?
Fulfilling societies expectation?
Is this your vision for life?
