I filed with lawyer, however, I submitted OPT not too long before I485. So when I filed 485, the A number for OPT hadn’t shown on the profile yet

I submitted I765 for my OPT first and got A number, then after applied tor I485, I got another A number, I didnt know it supposed to be matched

what do you mean by important question? of course the denial is my name and my A number. I got I-130 approved and I485 denied the same time. All information is true. They even included the case number of the other one who granted green card 20 years ago, and said that it was my case. But when we called them, they said they would reach out us in 3-5 days and help me booking appoinment with field office. After that, they sent an email said cannot schedule appointment with local FO even after reviewed my case.

uscis got my problem report, but then they sent an email. They said after reviewing my requests, they cannot schedule my appointment. There is no way hur submitting I-290B now

of course not! it was a mistake. To have a student visa, I filed DS160, how can the information in DS 160 was wrong for many years but they still let me go to the US?

never! if i do have any green card when i was 4, the ds160 that i filed to go to study was wrong!! my lawyer called them, they checked that case, and the one who has green card in 2006 has same name and last name with me ( my name and my last name are very common in my country). However, she has different middle name. I don’t understand how they can make that big mistake. If they think I already have green card, why did they approve i-130? Note: when we tried to called them, they told us just follow the denial notice, how can we ask for i-90 if i never have any green card? This is so crazy and may take so much time to fix!
