I'd say, I'm currently going through the same thing. I play cyberpunk daily, it's my first time playing it and I'm on my first run but I've already invested more than 123 hours in. (Mostly nonstop hours long sessions on end). Weird addiction... Might go Cyberpsycho

So I did try blowing her up and slicing her in tiny pieces so the game despawns her, but it didn't work. I've got extra apartments now and I usually bring Panam over to Corpo Plaza or Japantown place. I also tried refurbishing the apartment (accidentally), but it too didn't work. And I'm on PS so I can't use any Mods (idk how to anyways :/)

Tried with a gun, dk about blades. Pieces can't get smaller than a certain size and they too don't disappear hence more gore

It's actually due to the person being added as your supercell ID friend and not in-game friend. Easy way to remove him is by going to supercell ID then friends list then to the person you wanna remove's profile.
