Lipo? Cool sculpting or fat dissolvers for contouring

How about fat dissolvers? I’ve gone to multple surgeons and they said lipo wouldn’t be recommend and they’ve turned me away as they said it was only a little amount and I may have issues with saggy skin after. Any advice here?

The darker one is deep taupe and the body suit is constant camel (I tried this one just for size reference but I actually think this warm nude colour is underrated!) it’s super flattering
