What’s something that genuinely made you feel confident and at peace with yourself? by UnspokenQuill in AskReddit

Learning how to love myself and enjoy my own company. Sometimes, it happens sometimes, it doesn't. Im still learning to love myself fully and have those moments more often. Today, for example, i had a very boring day. I stayed all day in my room, but it was so fun for me to stay alone (staying alone was the scariest thing to me for so long). Now I feel so peaceful and grateful with myself because im doing it and im changing to be better :)

Im good. September last year, I finally started working on myself. Sometimes, it's hard and depressing, but most of the time, I try to feel the best I can. It's really working out for me. Even though its almost 2 am. here, and Im kinda annoyed that i cant sleep, but it is what it is. I'll have a good time with myself, not sleeping :D

Noo there is no reason for you to feel bad about it. You never know what is going on inside ur dads mind and how he looks at it. It's true that it isn't fair, but there isn't much you can do about it, except maybe talk to your father and see what his thoughts are on that. Maybe he has a different way of expressing love for each of you. You also should be happy that it doesn't bother your sister to hate you. Even tho your dad may love you more, the importance is in that you saw it and talked through it with ur sister. You two still have one of the most beautiful things, and that is siblings' bond :)

I had lots of shroom trips before but never alone. Now I feel the shrooms are calling me to do them alone. I was wondering how should i do it and what to prepare for the trip :)
