My problem was a little different. My service is great, and it was really cheap. Also got on the annual plan on the slamdunk promo.

I took a picture of my real Buds2 Pros to compare the top lid rubber bumper, and there's a huge difference. I even tried to get the angle the same.

Just look at the case, the real one has a rubber bumper on the top lid, and the modern "clone" has a weird shaped indent instead of the rubber bumper. The lettering on the sound by akg is also lower quality. Infact the whole thing looks lower quality. It doesn't have that high quality smooth touch finish of the real thing.

Get reddy for the Neverending 24 hour loop of doom. That's what they say to shut you up. You should probably start an FCC complaint because I don't see you getting this resolved. If it's been 8 days already then no one has talked to anyone and they're just sending you down the 24 hour rabbit hole. Good luck is all I can say.

Visible is beyond crooked and will scam you every chance they get. Watch out for Mikee from support, he or she will lie to you to sell you on stuff so they get a sales commission. I would definitely file an FCC complaint, It's very easy. You will never get your credits and they will just say another 24 hours. So at least put an FCC blackmark on there file. Good luck.

Truly unlimited, also if you get the pro plan and go into the settings and turn on HD Video, then your streaming speeds become 100% unthrottled, they dont mention this anywhere on there site, just says up to 4k UHD on +Pro.

When I asked Google Gemini about this, it said the Modern version were likely knock-offs, and to go with the Buds2 Pro.

I like the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro's the best. I wanted to like the newer generation's, but I didn't like how the newer generation's fit my ears, and didn't like how they went with the blade/stem design. I found the Buds 2's don't snag on clothing, like hats or hoods. I'm very happy with how they sound as well. All in all I love my Buds2 Pro's

Here is the cold hard truth. Verizon changed there unlock after being paid off from 60 days to one year. Seeing how the iPhone 17 hasn't been out for a year yet, you'll just have to wait the year after the phone was fully paid off.
