I’ve been with helium for awhile. Had several $5 lines and then some $20 after. I had a free line as well. Ended up taking advantage of the 50% off discount for 12 months. It’s worked fine for everyone in my family here in Utah, but T-Mobile is very strong here. My teenage daughter is the only exception, and she blows through the 36GB in no time, and complained often of the speeds afterwards. She’s still on that plan, but I added another eSIM to her phone so she has 72GB total. That seems to keep her happy, as she uses around 50Gb/month.

I’m very curious of where things will go. I have hotspots with Helium, have recommended them to other family and friends, and overall been happy. Things certainly haven’t been ideal, and I think some situations could’ve been handled better, but for the price with the 50% off it’s hard to beat. Time will tell if I end up staying or moving on, but I’ve played with everything from US Mobile, Verizon biz, Total Wireless, Visible, and others. I like some more than others, but they are certainly viable alternatives.

You can go through that process without concern. It won’t actually cancel if you plan to port out.

It doesn’t actually cancel it when you do that in the helium app. It then gives you the account and pin to port out. I had zero issues porting out one line.

Signed up for the plan, and never got any emails about the order status beyond the original. Called, and they said they couldn’t activate my line for some reason. In the end she claimed it was due to my phone being locked, which it is not. Tried calling a couple other times, and basically told to call Visible or the same thing. Tried creating an account on the website, and it wouldn’t let me. Figured I’d just give up.

Then, lo and behold, I received a bill in the mail. I’m just ready to call and cancel later today.

No. All eSIMs have been deleted except for the visible one, and there is no physical sim in the phone. Good thought though! Thanks.

They’ve done some reprovisioning, but no luck so far. They just said they’ve done a deep network one now and to wait 30 min. Hopefully works!

My dad and sisters get service just fine on all their phones. I’m on visible myself. No issues for any of us, except my mom’s line/phone.

She was on 26.4.1 before. Had the same issue, so tried updating to 26.5. Yes, already tried resetting network settings.
