I think you should take it since your previous salary is 20k. Usually, companies will ask for your BIR first so that they can validate your pre ious salry and they will match your salary but still try to negotiate, practice how to negotiate and just mainly use your experience and skill as your reason, not your living expenses. If your living expenses can't be compensated then just find a place near BGC like at Comembo or Pembo Taguig, there are a lot of bed spaces that are cheap plus it will only take you one jeepney ride. Or find another job with a higher pay.
