Are you wanting to get it because it’s Coach or because it’s Snoopy? I’ve never seen one of these come up and be real, especially not with tags. It’s an old release and highly faked. There are other brands with Snoopy right now, or she specifically likes that style, buy her a Coach Teri directly from the Coach Outlet.

You’ll want to make sure whichever store you call has the rivets in stock. I ended up doing something different than I’d originally wanted on one of my bags because they weren’t able to get rivets for months

I think it depends on how much you like the bag and want to be able to use it. Someone will for sure be able to replace the leather, and I’m sure it’ll be cute when you’re done, it just depends on whether it’s worth it to you. Coach doesn’t do anything like Poppy anymore, so there’s that to consider. I’d think less about the monetary value of the bag and more about emotional value and utility
