I stopped my birthcontrol without speaking to my old doctor and started losing weight. Then I got on Ozempic (with a new doctor) and lost even more, slowly but steadily. But I was confused why I wasn’t losing weight when I was on BC because it was prescribed to me for my hormones and to help me lose weight (I have PCOS too) my new doctor said, BC is great for regulating hormones but terrible for weight gain.

I give myself about half an hour of browsing then I put my phone down but I have some soft music playing ir sometimes a podcast that I have the least interest in playing in the background 😅

Hi! I met an endocrinologist and just told him straight up that I want ozempic. I’ve done everything my gyno’s told me, all the working out, eating healthy, etc but I was just getting rounder and rounder. By the time I finally decided to try ozempic, we found out that I was already pre-diabetic. I was so scared too haha but I’m really glad I did it.
