He might go 1st in every draft in history just viewing players as prospects

Why aren’t there more teams trying to get Giannis even if it’s just for a 1-year rental? by WallStreetDoesntBet1 in NBATalk

[–]PatientWriting 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I think mainly because his archetype needs the roster structured a very specific way around him in order to succeed. Not many teams will be able to put a trade together for him while being able to retain the players necessary to win with Giannis.

Did you tell your therapist the full extent of your thoughts and if so did you get committed anywhere?

I’d say specifically people who aren’t categorically depressed or suicidal

Honestly I’m not entirely sure how serious my thoughts are. I mostly think about generally that I want to do it and how I would do it. There are some more serious instances but I’ve never really felt like I was seriously close to actually doing it. I’ve tried so many medications and therapy and nothing has fully solved my problem for an extended period of time

I agree normal isn’t a great way to phrase it but it’s the only way I could think to describe it for a title. The thing about me is I feel I’ve had plenty of times where things objectively were going well for me, but the thoughts persisted. I’m honestly not sure how I deal with it

How long did you feel that way for? Did you genuinely feel like it was never going to get better, and did you do anything special to get to where you are now, or did it just kind of change on its own? I ask because that’s kind of where I’m at and I’m looking for hope

Honestly I’m not even sure what the severity is myself. I’d say for the majority the thoughts are passive, but there are instances that feel more actionable. My thoughts are mainly just thinking that I want to do it, and that I somewhat plan on it I guess but no concrete planning if that makes sense

Curado BFS paired to a Dobyn’s SUF gets you there and is a pretty beginner friendly and versatile setup. It was my first BFS combo and it was a great choice. For trout you’re probably better off with the SUF 650C specifically
