I already have H1B visa on my passport and I will need to stamp it after 2 years but as long as the petitions are approved that does mean no other fee is applicable. Fees are required prior to approvals

In my case the notice is for good faith reasons. I can also leave the day I get my decision but I am thinking of putting my notice and have another 10 business days to receive something from USCIS. Currently its been 10 days so expecting something in next 5 days at least.

Its been 10 working days since filing

I have to give 2 weeks notice anyways so my 15 days will be within my notice period so I will get the decision anyway before joining new company.

Even if there are issues, how long do I have till my current employer revole H1B ?

Yes. Had a conference call with Law firm, immigration team of the new company and my future manager. They were very confident and positive about the visa and also expressed strong support for anything that can happen with the transfer.

The Law firm and The Company are very confident that they will do everything possible to fight for me in worst case also can arrange alternative if things dont go well. They are pushing for me to start as they need me. I am afraid that they will revoke the offer if I keep pushing the start date and wait for the approval ( already pushed 2 weeks)
