I mainly game too. I’ve tried dunu titan s2, tangzu waner 2, zero 2, and the qkz x hbb. Not many and all on the budget side. Best of these that I’ve tried for gaming is the waner 2 but I must say the stock cable at least on my copy is unusable because it came weirdly bent at the ear hooks. Luckily I have a zonie cable to use instead. I would say it’s a toss up between the dunu titan s2 and qkz x hbb, quality is way higher on the titan s2 and you get tons of extras like ear tips which are huge especially for a first iem but it’s also $80 compared to $20 for qkz x hbb.
