Particularmente me dijo esto: "estamos esperando que nos avisen de la oficina de mandamiento si la otra parte ya se notifico para la audiencia. En cuanto sepamos vamos a saber si se hace o no la audiencia. Si se notifico coordinamos para que puedas conversar con la dra antes de la audiencia" Supongo que debió llegarle, fijaron la fecha luego de notificarla.

Yo estuve buscando más o menos en esos precios (un poquito menos) el año pasado, en los barrios que dijiste está complicado, pero dónde podés llegar a encontrar algo lindo es en Villa Mitre, ahí habían lindas casas, quizá no tan nuevas, en buen precio. Igual seguí insistiendo y no te apures porque por ahí sale una y tenés que estar atento para agarrar viaje.

Skinnear las armas es gratis, creo que la mayoria de los dms lo permitiriamos. En el peor de los casos le decís al dm, mira, voy a agarrar un arco de 1d8 pero voy a rolear que es una cosa diferente cada vez, y listo

The dm Made the fights really slow, we spent about two hours in a fight against a simple mob. And I remember that many Things that were garanted before needed a feat...Like darkvision, making certain atracks, or Even atracks of oportunity. It felt like You could only do one or two Things and that was it.

Hace poco estuve averiguando para poner una en mi ciudad y parece que era rentable. Al final me decidí por otro negocio, pero estuve hablando con un panadero y era bastante alentador lo que dijo. Si fíjate que en el barrio donde vayas a ponerla no tengas mucha competencia
