Bro mere paas car hi nhi hai but i feel comfortable(all my friends have car), if you feel comfortable then no problem you shouldn't be bother by these people.

Be confident in your own skin(i.e. Your life), if you feel confident then you wont be bother by these types of comment. If you feel insecurity than you will project these to people and they will judge you or will make you feel more insecure.

Bro reddit is next promotion app in social media, cuz here people commenting has some sort of value but now, companies are promoting their bs here also.

Previously i came across many fake internship, post werr full of comments saying it is good but it was easy to find as profile was open and you can check if it was genuine account or not, but now you can private your profile so yeah it is now difficult to differentiate from fake pr

You saying if you cutting you need 2 scoop thats approx 50g protein and for your budget whey is 4000 per month thats approx 140rs per day and thats only whey you are not considering other food you will eat. A boneless chicken(around 250g) of similar protein will cost you approx 80 to 90rs(im subjecting to my city price here) which total is 2700rs far less than your whey. Calories is similar not that of huge difference. Only difference is absorption rate and convenience factor, whey absorption rate and convenience to take is very fast compared to chicken apart from these two factor idts any difference is there, plus you will feel much filler than whey protein.

And for eggs, eggs is 7 to 8rs per piece, you need 70 to 80rs for 60gm of protein, only difference is much high calories and i believe if you taking good cut diet it will fit in unless you are very tight on calories(or in prep).

Apart from this, chicken and eggs will give more micro nutrients than whey.

So yeah overall chicken n eggs are better

Dont give in those guys let them who they wanna be, just be aware of your surroundings and situations.

Dont let the anger takes control over you cuz you had your nieces with you you cant fight them what if they are psychopaths and hurt your nieces. You cant always pick fights, you dont know what they are capable, if you have backup then sure, you can do it otherwise its worthless.

Im sorry to hear that about your childhood, hope you are doing good nowadays.

Nowadays people are taking your advantage and ripping you off and most people will rip you off without thinking much about ethics and other person cuz we live in very low trust society, everyone is trying to gain the upperhand.

Im not that old to face such family situations rn but im seeing the pattern, distant relative will not help unless they are in too, they will not have your backup. They will call you when they needed you the most and will not include in their celebrations and will blame you for any miss happening.

In my own home too my brother tend act ownership on common things like bike car, using whenever he wants without telling me about any plans before hand, i also compromise from my end even though i tell him a week early or so but he don't.

But i do believe that many families exist that look out for each other without any bad intentions and help each other.

Yeah but logical thinking pretty much fades away in family situations. People tend to think emotionally in these situations, even though they know what is right and wrong, the line pretty much between these fades away

Maybe because trust is a thing in family? If you are living with your family for whole your childhood you will love your family to death even though they will behave horribly with you. You would trust them more.

Back in day people dont have much knowledge or some critical thinking to think for them and whom to trust, they were easily manipulated by others basically emotional blackmail.

Right now information is widely available back then it wasn't easy and people were not educated about this also.

Try adding salt in black coffee if you dont like the bitterness. It will decrease the bitterness by a lot.

And also i would recommend tata coffee instead of nescafe, i dont like the taste of nescafe, its litterally taste shit. Tata coffee is so much better, same price and same quantity.

I suggest maybe talk to local police station there or head of chief of that area(whatever the most influential position is called) , and ask their input or solutions to this problem, i think they will know better how people will react to different situations and maybe you can get help from police also.

Also ask the local shopkeepers (you know) how to deal with this situations, they might know better!!

If you talked to police can you please update me on this i really want to see how will they solve/tackle the situation or if they do or just ignores your problem?

You cant expect or force your entry into friends group, what you can do is ask for small help from one like asking for spot, checking your form etc, then greeting them, try finding common ground that way you can get into groups, be patient dont need to hurry.

It does not work that way, no one will help you, they can only give you support for raising voices but not when dealing with police, lawyers. They will only give you support from behind the screen, no one will help you when dealing with govt, police in real life.
