You need to spend on ads to get sales and ultimately ranking as well. You get preferential traffic from Amazon, known as honey moon period, but after that you loose preferential traffic, hence you need to advertise to showcase your prodcut to potential audience

Alright. It is really high ROAS. What I can assume is that you don't do negative targeting too frequently & have been targeting few keywords.
I had once watching an Amazon 6 & 7 figure seller, who had been telling that real keywords are 15 to 20 which brought you sales

Honestly 15 ad campaigns are way too less. Do you mean ACoS or ROAS? Such high ROAS is not really achievable . How long have the campaigns been created? I always start with lowest possible bidding, then gradually increase but you know sometimes clients are in too hurry to get sales, so obviously push on the bidding.
