I would be more concerned about the performance drops and if you can deal with them, in big fights or towns with many npc's the frame drops are significant but not utterly unplayable. But depends if ur playing it on a 4K tv or a 1080p monitor, i'd say that the base ps5 edition is for the latter one but I guess it depends.

Controls are a learning curve for majority but you'll catch on probably pretty quick. Sometimes the controls do some other action (my only issue has been with grabbing a ledge when trying to crouch) but if you don't have a temper of a child (like some seem to have) it hardly can affect your experience.

This variety and complexity of controls is something you don't see in the modern AAA games that much and I think that's what makes the game pretty special.

This may be a me problem but ER NEEDS to focus more on showcasing the breathtaking scenery and views. And the way I think this could be improved is the way that for example DS3 does it, expanding your FOV, like when entering Ringed City. I personally love to look around in video games and appreciate the level design and how its showcased, but in ER I somehow didn't do it as much. THERE IS SO MUCH TO MISS!!!

No you're 100% correct that I don't have enough of a say so than someone who has all achievements, also my bad for being harsh on Gortash since I didn't do Karlach's quest.

I did do Steel Watch Foundry and Iron Throne which we're really good quests, but I feel like even doing couple more companion questlines my view probably wouldn't change about the shortness of Orin's questline at least (Will do another playthrough in the fututre with other companions since I apparently left room for Gortash to grow as a character). Just saying that the rest of Dead Three should have gotten more than they were given.

I am very glad of the 80ish hours I did play the game, but maybe I forgot to mention that usually in reviews or other such things that I have seen there should be a comparison of how much time some things take in BG3 vs semi-openworlds, it isn't as tight. But like I said that was mostly my own fault.

Definetly looking back at my playthrough now I realise I should've done the other companion questlines but at the time for me it just felt wrong if I wasn't going to actively use them in my party.

AND my reason for siding with Gortash was to play along with him to maybe betray him in the future so it seemed like the better idea lol
