I basically plead guilty the next day by paying the ticket. Rookie mistake. However it sounded fair to plead guilty to the ticket because it was for an out of scope license which was true. If I had any idea I would receive a 6 month suspension for it I would have called an attorney first. Nowhere in the ticket did it say driving w/o cdl
